Spotless Cleaning Service Ltd

Amazing service and the clean was excellent! I'd 100% recommend.

Usually I get my car just outside clean which is totally fine and done well. But today I wanted a full valet and it was not worth £20. I can do a better job on my own. I had to keep telling them to clean here and there. They didn’t even bother doing my boot.

Great place to get a clean it was excellent. I would recommend for anyone who needs a good professional deep cleaning .

Fantastic service timing was great 😊 the job was satisfactory highly recommended

Hired them to do a post tenancy clean at the rented flat I was leaving and an equivalent deep clean of the flat I was buying. I got their details from my letting agent at the first flat. The post tenancy clean was satisfactory which is unsurprising given their existing relationship with the agent. The clean of my new flat, however, was atrocious. Two people were there for under an hour. There was still grease on the cabinets, mould on the window sills, dust on the surfaces and frankly it felt worse than the clean you'd expect from paying one person 30 quid to come in for half an hour. I complained and they sent someone round but by this time my place was full of boxes, where previously it was empty, so it made cleaning much harder. Just one person, she did what she could but it was still completely unacceptable for a clean costing over £200 (£440 including the other clean). I should have demanded a refund but I was exhausted from the move and just wanted to be done with it all. Absolutely outrageous, avoid them like the plague.
