“Cleaners were quite rude and abrupt when speaking to us, and was promised a thorough deep clean but the final service was very unsatisfactory leaving us to do further cleaning ourselves. Also damaged our window and claimed they didn’t even though the window was working perfectly fine before their visit - Ray was understanding and did mediate the situation which I appreciated but the cleaners’ job and attitude left a sour taste and a lot to be desired.”
