I’ve been chased pretty heavily to write this review. As I work long hours it was really convenient that Ash could come and pick up my wedding dress from my house. It was cleaned 5 DAYS after my wedding, so the stains hadn’t set in fully (this was an instruction my dress maker gave me). My dress and overskirt were both custom made, duchess silk which is extremely delicate. I contacted numerous dry cleaners that all had really good reviews, all said it would be difficult to clean as it was so delicate but that, because it wasn’t badly stained (we had a really dry day and I only wore the overskirt from 15:00-18:00 and my wedding dress was bustled unless it was indoors) and I’d changed in the evening (plus the marks were only really dirt) most were confident the staining would lift. I did pay £390 for the service so fully expected a good result which I believe I got (although I haven’t taken the dress out of the bag to inspect it in person). I was a little surprised when I received a text saying “I hope you’re happy with the result as you didn’t make it easy for us” which was promptly deleted…I thought by getting the dress cleaned ASAP and trying to keep staining to a minimum (not wearing it for too long, not walking on grass etc) it was really the best case it could have been for the cleaners but clearly I’m wrong. I would recommend this dry cleaners, but to be honest it was really expensive and I think any experienced professional could clean a delicate dress - Ash does have very good reviews though. I’ve attached pictures of my dress pre and post cleaning for reference, all stains seem to have been removed.

Great service by Ash and Nova Klean. My dress is a mikado half mermaid and it was heavily stained from mud, grass and rain. I gave to Ash my dress, my pearl veil and my husband 3 pieces suit + shirt, additional preservation box medium/large size for my dress, total price £590. Seems a lot but there where many items and the water stains are apparently the worst, so very difficult to clean. I didn't had other quotes because I trusted all this reviews and the result was impeccable, dress looks new. Although I didn't inspected personally, because have been preserved, Ash always shared videos and information over WhatsApp. Might seems too much but when you spent 5K on dresses for your special day, and leave the responsibility to someone's else to clean, I guess there is a bit of pressure even if they are a professionals. Pick up and delivery was smooth based on my schedule. Thank you Ash, you did an amazing job and we really appreciate.

Had the best experience with Ash and Nova!! I gave them a call and within minutes Ash arrived to come fetch my wedding dress. Ash was very clear and transparent about the process and costs and explained the different methods used to clean my dress. He subsequently dropped off my wedding dress once it had been cleaned. Really great service - if only all firms worked this way! With such precision and great service no doubt the company will do very well!

I was recommended Ash by a friend of a friend and they did such an incredible job with my wedding dress. It was torn and so dirty after a rainy/stormy wedding and it is perfectly restored. So helpful aswell picking up and dropping off the dress. His communication was also so on point. It is not cheap but it is 100% worth it and they are really transparent and upfront with you after first inspecting the dress as to what they think is possible. Couldn't be happier with the service.

High recommend. Super professional and brilliant customer service. They picked up my wedding dress, dropped it back off and updated me during process of the clean. The dress has come back looking great, really happy with the result. Highly recommend, particularly for the ease of the pick up and drop off, but also for the care they look of the dress and the clean itself.
