Molly Maid in Wimbledon

I decided to use Molly Maid due to the fact they have been around for a long time and had a good reputation. I was generally happy with the first clean they did. And it was agreed that any missed areas would be resolved on an ongoing regular basis. Second time, the team finished earlier than agreed hrs but missed many areas. A refund was made to me for the earlier finish. Third time, spent too long in one area and run out of time. I raised my concerns and although they were always quick in their response, they decided we were not a good fit and cancelled all future cleans with no formal written notice. They claim this was said verbally but as far as I was concerned this was still in discussion. In any case an email to confirm cancellation would have been nice. I only found out after wasting half a day waiting for them. Leaving me stuck without a cleaner 2 days before Christmas. I am in no way questioning their integrity but am very disappointed in the situation I was left in with no offer of a solution. I expected better from Molly Maid Wimbledon.

Molly Maid clean my father in laws house 4 weekly. Fabulous work, very thorough and friendly. Great to have the same team who are very trustworthy and friendly.

Molly maids are the company to clean for you, they are very reliable, the people are very polite and their cleaning is always amazing, they go above and beyond to ask if more is required and they take good care in the cleaning they do, if you need a your house cleaned then these are the company for you, keep up the good work team 2026 will be an even better year for you, thank you for all you do, merry Christmas and a happy new year all 🙌🏻
