Maid In Chelsea Specialised Cleaning Services

I’m extremely happy with the deep cleaning service provided by Kizia. She was professional, punctual, and very thorough in her work. Every area was cleaned to a very high standard, including the details that are often overlooked. The place feels fresh, organised, and spotless. Kizia clearly takes pride in her work and delivers excellent results. I would highly recommend her cleaning services to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality deep clean.

Honestly the best service ever. We dealt with Kizia who took down our requirements and was a pleasure to deal with. Nino was assigned to do the clean and my word did she clean. I’ve never experienced such an amazing service. She left no corner unturned and the flat was spotless. Nino was effective & efficient! I will definitely be booking a more regular service. Thank you 🙏🏽

I went through a very difficult time after losing my job and wanted to start my own cleaning company but didn’t know where to begin. A friend told me about Kizia, the founder and CEO of Maid in Chelsea Cleaning Services Ltd, and how she could help. At first, I thought she might only give me some advice at the beginning, but she supported me throughout the entire journey. Even now, two years later, she still consults me on financial matters and sales strategies, and her ongoing support gives me real confidence. Kizia coached and mentored me every step of the way. I had no prior experience in running a business, but she generously shared her knowledge, guided me step by step, and encouraged me constantly. Thanks to her qualified coaching and mentorship, I was able to start my company from scratch. Today, I already employ several staff members and I’m proud to see my business growing successfully. Maid in Chelsea is not only a company that delivers professional cleaning services — they also empower and support people like me to achieve their goals. I am deeply grateful to Kizia for her guidance, mentorship, and unwavering support.

Amazing service! Even though I only booked the night before, Kizia arranged everything so quickly and smoothly. The cleaners, Alice and Eva, were absolute superstars, they worked so hard and left the place spotless. I’m really impressed by their professionalism and friendly attitude. Highly recommend!

I have used this company in the past, a couple of years ago, but this time my experience was disappointing. I was not given the price in advance, which is essential information when booking a service. Communication was also poor — I received a Whatssap message after 5 days with payment instructions without even a basic greeting or any courtesy. The cleaner was very friendly but appeared to be in a rush to leave and did not put cleaning materials back where they belonged. I also requested a deep clean, but the service I received did not meet that expectation.
