Magic Wand Dry Cleaners, Alterations

The guys here were amazing with my wedding dress and my husband’s suit - they pressed both at short notice and left them immaculate! They also fixed my wedding dress where a seam on the front had come loose and I hadn’t realised! So, so kind ❤️ I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will be back for all dry cleaning needs! EDIT 24/01/26: I took my wedding dress back in to Saifi after the big day and asked him if there was any way to salvage the *extremely* dirty train (we had an outdoors photoshoot plus everyone - and me - standing on it throughout the day 🥹) and not only did he take on the job with a smile, he has worked literal magic. Especially amazing considering the dress had was left stained for over a month. Thank you SO much Saifi. Best wishes

I visited here this morning urgently needing an important silk item fixed. The guy on the sewing machine already had quite a few things he was already in the process of fixing but quickly took the time out to help repair my item and did an incredible job. The irony is, this is the third time that this has happened but I guess since they see so many customers he probably forgot helping me. I felt the least I could do was leave a review this time as it’s so rare to get such fantastic and warm customer service in London these days. Wonderful service - thank you

I came to Saifi in quite a state of distress after accidentally splattering oil on my mum’s favourite coat that I had borrowed. With a flight the very next day, I was panicking, but Saifi immediately reassured me that he would do his absolute best to have it back to me in great condition. He completely exceeded expectations. As you can see in the before and after photos below, the coat was returned in perfect condition. The relief was unreal, I was so grateful I had to give Saifi a big hug! Truly amazing service and kindness. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic service! Always greets with a smile and they definitely know what they are doing! I work in the fashion industry and didn’t think my WNU shirt could be saved . Magic

Dropped off my white fur jacket. It was very dirty and had stains which I could not remove myself. All the stains are now gone and the jacket is looking as good as new. They are affordable as well and service was amazing. Saifi and Ali were so helpful and treated my jacket with care. Will definitely be coming back.
