LUXE WHITE DRY CLEANER'S

Using this dry cleaner’s for years for my husband shirts and suit always best service on time and reasonable price and they are always very helpful

Did some tailoring for me at short notice. Did a brilliant job and really quick for a great price.

Dropped my brand new coat that had a small tear in the sleeve for a repair but ended up with the most shocking repair I’d ever seen! When I explained the two bits of material hadn’t even been stitched together and that I was really unhappy, I was told there was no other way of doing it and was refused any kind of refund. The man was rude, hugely dismissive and proceeded to start trying to the unpick the stitching himself which I had to ask him to stop to prevent damaging my coat further. Just appalling. Avoid at all costs if you want anything repaired! They tried to tell me that was the only way to repair my coat and that nowhere would do a better job but I subsequently took the coat to a different place where they did a much more professional repair as you can see from the second photo uploaded!

Most expensive dry cleaners ever, prices are usually double the price of the product brand new...

On the fence with this one. We went to this dry cleaner to clean a wedding dress that has been soiled by rain and mud at the bottom, along with two bridesmaids dresses. We had to ask them to clean the dresses 3 times as each time there was traces of mud left on the dresses. In the end, the job was ok, however we did notice after taking the wedding dress home that it was dirty in some parts which were not before, which we assumed got dirty in the dry cleaner shop itself.
