Lewisham Dry Cleaners

Owner cab seem firm at first but he's great. Fair prices and excellent work. Repeat customer here.

Extremely unhelpful and dismissive. As soon as I mentioned it was my first time using dry cleaning services in the UK, he became condescending and repeatedly spoke over me. He insisted on seeing all four jackets in person and refused to accept photos, making the entire interaction unnecessarily difficult and unpleasant. Will try somewhere else.

This place is a great asset to Lewisham and I would trust them with anything in my wardrobe. The owner is friendly and always returns my clothes in good condition. He even wraps delicate buttons in foil so they don't chip in the machines. He also got some stains out of a suit that I thought was ruined. Highly recommend!

Second time i came here to shorten 6 pieces of clothes. The gentleman in the shop remembered everything i asked for and everything got cut by the tailor exactly how i wanted it. Very nice, good energy in this place. I like it. Will return again if i need to.

I had really bad customer service here. I had dropped off a dress that needed dry cleaning before a wedding. I had gone to pick it up during advertised open hours on the Friday before the event only to find the shop closed. I called later that day to check they would be open on the Saturday at the advertised time and was assured they would be. I was therefore very frustrated to find them still closed the following morning at 8.30am. When I was finally able to pick up the dress (after the event for which I had needed to find an alternative outfit at the very last minute) the man was incredibly rude and entirely unapologetic. There are much more reliable (and friendly!) dry cleaners in the area so I will not be returning.
