JohnnyDell Cleaning Service

JohnnyDell came highly recommended and wow am I impressed!!! I was in need of a quick turnaround on a major flat cleaning for my elderly client but JohnnyDell went way above and beyond my expectations. When I first contacted them, John himself came the same day to evaluate the job and provide a quote. He was very honest and gave his professional opinion on the best way to tackle the project to get the desired outcome. Once we agreed on the plan of action, he sent in his crew and supervised the entire process. He updated me every step of the way to make sure that I was satisfied with the results. He and his crew worked diligently and tirelessly to literally pull a rabbit out of a hat to meet the deadline. I am very grateful for the work they did and will continue using their services for ongoing maintenance. They are more than a cleaning company. They painted and also helped to assemble furniture and hang curtains/blinds. They are truly the epitome of high quality services and I am eternally grateful. Thank you so much JohnnyDell!!! I will most definitely be recommending your services to all my colleagues, family and friends.

I cannot thank and recommend Jonny enough for his services. My cleaner cancelled last minute for my end of tenancy clean the day I was moving out and Jonny came to the rescue! Not only that, but as I set off to my new place I burst my tyre and Jonny went out of his way to find me a garage to get it replaced. He drove behind me to the garage to make sure I was safe. His team did such a great job on the clean, the place was sparkling. Please book Jonny for your cleaning needs. I was moved by his kindness, reliability and professionalism. He also sent me a thorough list of everything that had been covered after the job was done so I could ensure my landlords had the information they needed to refund the deposit. Thank you Jonny!

I had an urgent job (less than 24 hour notice) that needed to be done. It was a deep cleaning of a small bathroom. Johnny was super clear upfront on quotes and I shared video of what needed to be cleaned beforehand and we agreed on a price. It was booked for the early morning and I missed the call! So stressed I called Johnny back and he was so patient and kind with me and reorganised the schedule so it was possible to still get the bathroom cleaned in the same day. Patricia who was the cleaner arrived on time again and did a fantastic job restoring the bathroom. However the job required more time effort than originally anticipated. But she still did a great job and cleaned everything to the best possible extent. At the end the bathroom looked brand new! Very pleased. The whole experience was lovely. I ended up paying more than what was originally agreed but that was more than a fair amount for the job done. I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

I needed a last-minute deep clean for my one-bedroom flat with family arriving unexpectedly, and Johnny and his team were absolute lifesavers! Johnny responded right away, was super clear about pricing, and kindly rearranged everything so the clean could happen the same day. Along with Patricia, they arrived at the time agreed and both of them worked so hard — the flat honestly looks brand new now! They went above and beyond, even when the job turned out to be more than expected. The result was amazing with everything smelling fresh and dust free. The bathrooms sparkled once again. The investment was totally worth it. Im so grateful for their kindness, flexibility, and brilliant work. I’ll definitely use them again and highly recommend!

Such a lovely team and an incredible service. My flat has never looked clean. Booked a deep clean and they truly went above and beyond. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough!
