Good Old Clean | End of tenancy cleaning

I chose Good Old Clean for my end-of-tenancy cleaning as I needed to move out urgently, and the team truly exceeded my expectations. They worked efficiently as a team and did an amazing job with the cleaning. Everyone was friendly, professional, and completed everything exactly as promised. I’m really glad I chose them and will definitely use their service again in the future. Thank you so much!

End of tenancy cleaning! The team arrived on time, brought everything they needed, first inspected the place to strategize and then embarked on the cleaning with great attention to detail and professionalism! In the end, I was asked to inspect and I spotted a missed spot, which was cleaned quickly and efficiently! Totally recommend this company! Staff was friendly and professional, thanks a lot!

Unfortunately, I feel that I was scammed by this company. I booked a deep clean for my property and received a sub-par service. The cleaners damaged the taps, sink and other silver areas in the property with harsh chemicals. Despite reporting this along with photo evidence to the company, nothing was done. The cleaners lied to me and told me that they moved my furniture and cleaned and mopped everywhere. Upon checking, there was plenty of mess, dust and stains under my coffee table and sofa. They pretended to clean all of my cupboards when this was not the case. I am so disappointed. I also made the company aware of areas in my home that were not cleaned as at the time, their policy stated that cleaners would come back to clean up areas that were not done properly. Nothing was done. My husband and I have tried to reach out by email and formal letter of complaint and unfortunately we have been ignored, which makes the company appear even more unprofessional. We will be proceeding with further action.

Wow! What an incredible service. We were moving out of our flat and last minute, decided we couldn't handle the cleaning ourselves. Enter Good Old Clean! They came back to our enquiry super speedily on Whatsapp and we had confirmation of a next day clean within minutes. When our removals team were wrapped up sooner than anticipated, Good Old Clean were super flexible and were able to arrive earlier to complete the clean. Jonathan was really communicative and nothing was a problem. Huge thanks to Rajani and Sonia who completed the clean. They were wonderful. Friendly, diligent, and within minutes were climbing up to get to every last inch of the flat to ensure it was spotless. We came back to inspect at the end of four hours and it was sparkling! Special attention was taken over the fridge, dishwasher, oven and washing machine and they had parts of the house looking cleaner than when we first arrived. Huge thanks to Good Old Clean for the best service! It was such a relief to have this all taken care of for us. Cannot recommend enough!

I booked Good Old Clean after seeing so many positive reviews and they really did live up to them. From the very first message, the communication was polite, clear and genuinely kind. The team arrived on time and worked incredibly hard for hours on what was quite a big job. They were incredibly thorough and went above and beyond throughout. When I came back, the flat looked immaculate — every cupboard, surface and corner was spotless. The quality for the price was genuinely outstanding. They were professional, trustworthy and just a really lovely team to deal with. I’m genuinely impressed and would recommend them wholeheartedly — I’d 100% book with them again without hesitation. Huge thank you to them!
