“I booked an end of tenancy cleaning including oven clean. The service was very poor, the cleaners left a lot of dirt that I had to clean myself. When I asked for a refund, the manager insisted that the job was done up to standards (their poor standards apparently) and still demanded to be paid. He only dropped the total price by £50. I would never go with this company ever again. Their attention to details and customer service is exceptionally poor. Don’t waist your money.”
