Gentle Touch Star

Wow! A truly five star experience from beginning to end. I was recommended to Gentle Touch Star and they were fantastic. I had to organise my brother’s end of tenancy clean for him as he is terminally ill and had to move in with me in Devon. I was impressed with everything from the swift initial response to my inquiry email, the empathy shown to me when I explained the circumstances, the efficiency and speed at which the clean was carried out, the hassle free organisation for collecting and returning the keys, right through to a great amount of photos of the each room after the clean. The rates were super competitive too which really was the icing on the cake. I would 100% recommend this company.

Wesley was very friendly and accommodating with a short notice request, and the clean itself was fantastic. Highly recommend for an end of tenancy clean!

Couldn't be more pleased with the job Gentle Touch completed for our end of tenancy clean. After three years in the four bedroom flat, Gentle Touch made it look as good as new for the new tenants. Would highly recommend this service for anyone looking!

Thank you very much Gentle Touch Star! Booked in for a top up clean after tenants had vacated. The ladies turned up on time with all the necessary equipment, and did exactly as requested. The oven looks like new and we can walk on very clean floors and carpets. Excellent work, efficient would highly recommend.

Wow. What a great job the Gentle Touch Star team did on my 3 bed flat in Putney. It had been rented for the past 4 years to 3 guys who while they kept it pretty tidy were not the cleanest tenants one could want for. The clean has brought it up spotless and the oven which I was expecting to have to replace is almost like new! They responded quickly to my initial enquiry, priced it keeenly and turned it all around very rapidly. On the basis of this experience I cannot recommend them enough.
