Freshness Cleaning Solutions

I recently used Freshness Cleaning Solution for my end of tenancy cleaning, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service. Our agency initially suggested a different company, but I wasn’t comfortable with their communication and the unexpected extra costs they kept adding (for example, charging separately for oven cleaning). With Freshness Cleaning Solution, everything was clear from the start, the oven cleaning was already included in the service, with no hidden surprises. Moiz was the professional who came to do the job, and I can confidently say he has magic hands! He did a fantastic job, the place was absolutely spotless and looked even better than when we moved in. His attention to detail and the care he put into every corner of the property really stood out. Another big plus was that I didn’t have to worry about parking, they took care of everything, which made the whole experience completely hassle free. Exactly what you need when you’re already stressed with moving. If you’re looking for reliable, professional, and thorough end of tenancy cleaning, I highly recommend Freshness Cleaning Solution. Truly outstanding service from start to finish!

I needed a regular cleaner and messaged Freshness. Ray got straight back to me, and Davinder was booked for the next day. And she did a superb job. Punctual, friendly and a real pro. Was so impressed with her attention to detail and really pleased she will be coming regularly from now on. Highly recommended.

Freshness cleaning solutions are amazing. Recently had the bathroom renovated and there was dust and debris in nearly everyone room, so decided to go for a professional clean. I have used large company cleaners in the past but not had the best experience so looked for a local company. It was the best decision ever! 6/7 hours of thorough cleaning and carpet cleaning, incredible job. The best cleaners I have ever used, if I ever need cleaning support I will use this company everytime. Thank you Ray for your wonderful flexibility and communication. 😊 Also very reasonably priced. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I have used this company twice for cleaning services over the past few months. Management is responsive, fast and flexible. Cleaners do impeccable work. Properties really spotless clean after - and incredible cleaning of appliances like ovens. Thanks to the whole team, in particular to Moiz who just did an excellent job. Highly recommended! Will use again 100%.

Amazing service!!! I highly recommend. They were efficient and didn’t bother me with phone calls, everything was done through a few messages, stress free! Thank you for the excellent customer service and great job with the clean. I will definitely be using you guys for my future cleaning jobs :)
