Femme Propre Cleaning services

Dina and the team have been amazing from the start. From effective communication, prompt responses and clear answers to all our questions. On the day, the team arrived punctually, informed us of their arrival and proceeded with the task. We are super pleased and impressed with the quality of the service, the immaculate cleaning and the professionalism and warmth of the team. They come highly recommended and I would give them more than 5 starts if I could

I purchased an end of tenancy and deep cleaning services for two properties. The toilet and shower were cleaned very well, and the kitchen oven on both properties were spotless. However, I wanted to raise a concern regarding the bedroom/living area end of tenancy cleaning. When I moved the bed on the morning of the next day to check, I noticed that the area underneath had not been cleaned and there was a significant amount of dust, which I have had to sweep before handing the keys over to the estate agent. The kettle was also not properly cleaned. I wanted to make you aware of this, as I was expecting a full clean as part of the end of tenancy service.

The deep clean was exceptional. My place was left sparklingly clean. Highly professional service. Very nice team. I will definitely be booking their services again. Thank you so much!

Really great experience. Every corner was spotless, the bathrooms and kitchen looked brand new, and they paid attention to details I hadn’t even noticed myself. The team was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. Really impressed with the quality and would highly recommend.

Dina and her team did a fantastic job. Extremely professional, great communication, very reasonable price, and a thorough job. Would definitely hire them again.
