Really wonderful dry cleaners, owner is extremely friendly and honest, easy to contact on WhatsApp. I had my wedding dress cleaned here last year and was really happy with the results, they took great care, and recently came back for some curtain alterations which look perfect. Really happy with the service and will definitely be returning if I have any special items that need cleaning/altering as I know I can trust the service here!

I’m truly impressed by the service and quality here. The owner is extremely honest and trustworthy which is the most important thing for such services. He explains and sets expectations from the start and delivers as promised. I had an awful stain on an expensive dress of mine, and I was amazed by how he was able to revive it as if it was brand new! Great value for money, I recommend him to all my friends who are now loyal customers too!!

Lovely owner but unfortunately am not satisfied with the service. Gave them an Alexander Mqueen silk top with a couple of stains to dry clean. Did not remove them for £15 honestly am not impressed. When I voiced my concerns he did offer in all fairness to try again with harsher chemicals but at my own risk which isn’t really a viable option to any customer with a working brain. Would have been happy with a refund as I now have to take this item to be dry cleaned again to Buckingham Dry Cleaners.

Nothing but great things to say about this dry cleaners. I took in a very stained woolen moroccan rug which had red eyeshadow stains on it which had been rubbed in and left for a month. The owner was very kind and diligent, provided communication over whatsapp to update me and asked me how happy I was with the level of risk being taken etc. The rug is now looking fantastic and i genuinely thought it has been destroyed forever. Very good money spent and would highly recommend.

I'm genuinely blown away by Exclusive Drycleaning. I shipped a satin bridesmaid dress from Toronto to London, and unfortunately, it arrived with some inexplicable stains that appeared during shipping or the tailoring process. From the beginning, the owner was incredibly transparent and understanding. He explained the sensitive nature of satin and the risks involved, making sure I understood that a perfect result couldn't be guaranteed. Despite this, he assured me he would do his absolute best. Ultimately, having a stained bridesmaid dress before the day felt terrible, so I opted to trust his expertise. I am thrilled to report that I just picked up the dress, and it looks as good as new! It will undoubtedly look stunning for the wedding. I would highly recommend this family business! Their responsive, attentive, highly communicative and detail-oriented approach to their business meant the world to me.
