EML Cleaning Ltd

Great, professional cleaning service. Good communication from the start, good team work while cleaning. Provided all their own equipment required to do a great job. Fabulously clean property after a hard day of cleaning - very happy with result - would highly recommend.

The team was great! I booked a deep cleaning in W5. It was confirmed quickly for the 2nd day, and a professional team came with all the proper tools and materials. Worry-free service — I will definitely use them again. Highly recommended!

Overall very happy with the results of our End of Tenancy clean. I changed the date of our clean and Miglena went to great lengths to accommodate our needs. Communication was excellent. On the day we had one cleaner do the work and a second cleaner arrived towards the end of the job to double check we were happy with everything and help complete the work in time: 4-5hrs for a one bed flat. We had some very delicate Grade 2 listed stained glass windows to clean and they were done to an excellent standard. Our oven was also in very bad condition and looked almost new by the end. Very impressed overall and worth every penny.

I recently hired EML for a clean of my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, their team was professional, courteous, and incredibly thorough. Every room was cleaned to perfection—no detail was overlooked. The floors, kitchen, and even the hard-to-reach areas sparkled after they were done. What really stood out was their attention to detail and dedication to making sure I was satisfied with their work. Scheduling was easy, and they arrived right on time. I felt comfortable having them in my home and appreciated their friendly and respectful approach. If you're looking for a reliable, top-notch cleaning service, I highly recommend. They went above and beyond, and I’ll definitely be using their services again!"

We have used EML Cleaning for regular, weekly domestic cleaning for the last four years and have always found them to be professional, reliable, and helpful. Contact with the office (Miglena) is always warm and friendly whilst also being professional and efficient. All three cleaners that we have had during this time have been hard-working and conscientious as well as friendly and considerate. We would be happy to use EML's services again in the future either for a one-off spring clean or for regular cleaning.
