Elif dry cleaner and repair

I believe that the dry cleaner has ruined my t-shirt. I picked it up and did not check the work on the spot, which was my mistake. When I came home, I noticed big grey stain - I think it is one of the dry cleaning chemicals reacting badly with the fabric of the shirt when trying to clean the stain. My partner tried to ask them for a refund, but they do not give refunds and offered only try to clean it again which now I did not trust them to do. They also said that is not their fault and it is just deodorant stains, but the deodorant stains are white or yellow, not grey. Very sad about the ruined shirt and the review is the only thing I could do.

A very friendly couple always welcomes you. Takes an hour to fix length of jeans and charges me £10. Which is pretty reasonable price. They only accept cash. Most of alteration prices is between 10 to 20. They did a Very professional work. Recommended if you’re in Lewisham or nearby. If it’s hard to wait there a pizza shop next to it.

I highly recommend! Elif is very good, accommodating, quick and reasonable!

At Elif Tailors, the tailor was incredibly kind and attentive. I wanted to incorporate a design into my dress, and he took the time to understand every detail, ensuring amazing communication throughout the process. The final result exceeded my expectations—he did an exceptional job. He was not only skilled and creative but also patient and thoughtful. Highly recommend!

Elif is so awesome. I came in this morning. He did a great job on taking in my trousers at a very good bargain. I will surely visit again and I highly recommend them. Very professional!
