Elegance

Friendly and professional service. Quick turnaround of dry cleaning if you really need it :) Being only 5’5 and enjoying Zara jeans I brought a few pairs in to have them shortened, and they did a nice and tidy job although I was not able to keep the original hem on them. They informed me of this upfront :) if you have jeans that have a unique hem like mine did (fade/distressing/rip effect) you may lose it as the Hollywood method is not something they do here. They were very patient with me when I wasn’t sure about the colour of the replacement seam thread. In the end I brought my own thread to ensure direct colour match with the rest of the seams on them. Overall can’t fault, happy with their service!

Great service! I needed my jeans altering and the staff were very friendly, they were very efficient and got the measurements perfect. I recommend Elegance to anyone!
