East London Cleaners

“AVOID, an awful experience with agent (olga) and cleaner! An awful experience with this company. I recently booked a cleaner for the first time and everything has gone wrong from there: -the cleaner was 1 hour late without any call or notice, I had to reach out to her to find out what is going on -the cleaner damaged one of our white walls by dropping a painting, which left yellow marks. I noticed it while the cleaner was still there and she apologised and asked me if she should clean it, I said no, as I did not want it to get any worse. I paid the agency £3 per hour, which covers insurance. -when I reached out directly to Olga (the agent) explaining the issue, she said she has asked the cleaner, who responded she knows nothing about the marks. -it is not just the cleaner, or the agent who is lying, so Olga also accused me of claiming something that according to the cleaner never happened!! AVOID! Or, if you decide to use them, make sure if something gets damaged at your place you take pictures, even better to record the damage and the cleaner admitting it was them, otherwise you will be accused of lying by the agent!”
