DSW Cleaning Ltd

Thank you so much DSW, I had them do a moss removal and steam clean on my roof and what a lovely job you done. From meeting Dele who popped round and looked at my roof he gave me full confidence of his professional knowledge. Aaron and Frank who cleaned my roof did a wonderful job and where so profession polite and friendly. I would highly recommend DSW Cleaning and not hesitate to call them again.

From despair to astonishment. This is how I would describe my experience with an Indian sandstone driveway. A once beautiful hard landscaping had become badly stained over time, made worse by high pressure jet washing which allows stains to penetrate deeper below the surface. Add to that, horrible oil stains which seemed impervious to every cleaning product and left us in despondency. We had approached many professional cleaning firms, most of which were unconvincing, used inappropriate techniques for a delicate material like sandstone or simply did not return calls. As a last attempt I called DSW. I found their communication to be excellent. The owner, Dele, is knowledgable and is on hand to answer all your technical queries. He outlines the process in detail and understands the chemistry of the cleaning action. I booked the appointment for 9am. Frank, the technician with colleague, arrived on the dot. And these guys did not flag for 2 and a half hours on a small driveway (say 10 sqm) which was severely blackened. The DORFF steam machine is a delight, generating clouds of mist and gently starting the process (no high pressure here!). They next applied the chemical cleaner (which I was assured was safe for sandstone and indeed Google confirms this!) and brushed it in. Rinse, repeat to get the really stubborn stains out. Dear reader. What can I say? It looks like new. Beyond my wildest expectations. The team was friendly, professional but most of all, took pride in their work. The owner is very careful not to overpromise on results so the outcome was even more of a delight given I was initially tempered by realism, as opposed to hope. This is a business which seeks to operate at the highest level. The expertise, the branding, the corporate identity, clever use of AI but always personally available. Think Apple or John Lewis (as they used to be!) in terms of customer experience. I will of course be using them again.

Aaron and Frank did a great job cleaning the front of my house. The house had been neglected for some time before we moved in and this was the tlc that it desperately needed. The guys were professional, polite (to us and our neighbours) and took great pride in their work, they even gave me some tips for maintenance. Very happy with the results.

Excellent service, extremely happy with the quality of service, would highly recommend their service again! Thank you, DSW Cleaning!

We had a DOFF clean to the exterior of our Victorian line rendered home. DSW were professional, friendly, helpful and efficient all the way through the process. Really impressed with the whole team from office to onsite. Highly recommend them.
