Domestic Cleaning Express

Cleaning Express are great. We have had the same cleaner from the beginning, Svitlana and she is amazing! We feel so comfortable with her in our house and she’s extremely detail oriented. On the rare occasion that Svitlana can’t make it due to illness or holiday, Cleaning Express always finds us a great replacement.

Very pleasant experience with this company. The staff are responsible and respectful. Shoutout to Mikhaiela for her amazing service. She treats her job with high standards and attention to detail, and she even asks if it’s okay to vacuum so she doesn’t disturb me. What more could you ask for in a cleaner? 👍

Iryna cleans our flat every two weeks and does the most fantastic job. The flat always looks so beautiful and sparkling when Iryna is done, and she always goes the extra mile with finishing touches to make it feel homely and special. Thank you for all your work!

Halyna is a fantastic cleaner and a warm, lovely person. She is very trustworthy, punctual, and delivers a high-quality clean every week, always with great attention to detail, for many years now. She is consistently friendly, cheerful, and very kind to our child. We absolutely love working with her. Highly recommended!

I haven’t used a domestic cleaning service before so was probably more anxious than I might have been. Cleaning Express pre clean admin was very good. All my questions were answered and the person who referred me was logged for their bonus. They supplied a really useful crib sheet of all the likely tasks in any given room; you could also add special instructions. This was handy to use when Natalia was shown the rooms when she arrived on time 2 weeks later as agreed. Natalia was polite and friendly. She noted everything I said including the cleaning quirks in each room. I could not have wished for a better 1st clean. She was quick and thorough. I was pleasantly surprised to find that she’d reloaded the battery for the vacuum for recharging when she finished using it, and cleaned the inner spout of the kettle (a place descalers never reach) Much appreciated. If this is the standard at the beginning of my time with Cleaning Express, I am a happy customer
