Daily Fresh Cleaning Service

I have used Daily Fresh for around three years but have become unhappy with their services as time has gone on. Good points about Daily Fresh: Cleaners are reliable, friendly and hard-working. The hourly rate I was charged is reasonable at £16. Bad points: There is a very high turnover with very few cleaners staying more than six months. When they leave, you have to put up with the new and old cleaner coming for two weeks for half the time while one shows the other the ropes. Even if this doesn’t suit you, Very few of Daily Fresh’s cleaners speak even basic English, so you have to text the agency with any instructions or use Google Translate (unless you speak Portuguese!). If you like to build up a rapport with your cleaners and get to know them, it’s harder to do so because of the language barrier and I’ve found that this agency discourages it.

Daily Fresh Cleaning Services are absolutely phenomenal! They've been taking care of my home for years, and I've never had a single complaint. Every week, my house shines thanks to their meticulous attention to detail. The fresh, clean scent that lingers after they're done is just lovely. But the true test was their End of Tenancy cleaning. It was unbelievable! My deposit was returned in full, no questions asked. I cannot recommend Daily Fresh Cleaning Services enough! They are reliable, trustworthy, and truly amazing at what they do.

I'm really happy to recommend Daily Fresh - I had 2 very good cleaners who came each week, as planned and scheduled and they worked really hard. I'm quite fussy but they both just got on with it and left the house really well cleaned and tidy with no input. They were both very pleasant and happy to dospecific tasks like changing bed linen, when asked. I'd certainly recommend them to anyone else!

Flavia and her team have been helping us keep our house together for the last 3.5 years. Flavia is really lovely and so attentive to make sure that everything always goes as it should. We have had 3 cleaners over this time and all have been amazing. would highly recommend
