Crystal Clean Laundry

Lovely experience every time I go in!! Tailor Eqbal tailored my dress perfectly for my best friends wedding and it turned out amazing, he was super efficient and fast and even replaced a zip that wasn’t great quality, and it was done all within a few days! Thank you so much, definitely found my favourite tailor in Ealing 🥹

Eqball has a wealth of experience and knowledge when it comes to tailoring, with an incredible understanding of what looks best. His creativity is unmatched, and he’s truly the best in the country at what he does. He has fixed a few suits for me and he’s able to make the suit look more expensive than it actually is! Highly recommend him!

Crystal Clean Laundry has altered and revived my curtains with beautifully stitched new lining. Grateful for their excellent service and happy to recommend them both for tailoring and dry cleaning.

Awful service. If I could give 0 stars, I would. The older man is extremely aggressive and condescending. I texted the number for the shop to ask how much it would cost to iron an Indian wedding outfit. I sent him a picture and he informed me that it would cost £13. I then went to take my outfit to the shop. He consistently tried to pressure me into getting the outfit dry cleaned, even though I repeatedly said that I only needed it ironing. Finally, he accepted that I only wanted it ironing. He charged me £15, which was £2 more than what he said via text message. I didn't realise at the time that he had overcharged me so paid the £15. I went back home and then checked my text messages to see that he originally said it was £13. I texted him to ask why he had charged £2 extra. He immediately called me screaming at me down the phone saying that if I wasn't happy then I can come back and he won't iron it. He was incredibly aggressive, screaming and shouting at me down the phone, all because I kindly asked why he charged an extra £2. He said that he charged £2 extra due to it being an Indian outfit, despite being fully aware that it was an Indian outfit when he gave me the original quote of £13. In the end, I just left it and let him keep the £2 extra, because I needed it ironing urgently. However, I will never be coming back because he is very deceptive with his pricing. The man is horrible and very, very rude. I would strongly advise against going to this shop as he will just shout at you and abuse you. His customer service skills are awful.

Amazing Tailor! Works to perfection. Friendly kind family run. Highly recommended for all your alteration needs
