Classic Cleaners

We have been using this dry cleaner since 2017 and, we are really happy, the service is excellent, they do a very good job with mainly my husband suits, very reasonable prices and always have them ready ontime. They are so much better than similar business in our new area, we definitely recommend them.

It has been my favourite and family dry cleaning service for years. Cleaning, repair and alterations are perfectly done.

Sent two UGG boots there on March and was told that they will be ready after two weeks. I was told they are not ready and wait for a while. Second time visit in April, not ready. Third time visit in June ish, asked my telephone number and said they will call me soon when they are ready. Fourth time visit in August, asked my address and confirmed that the two boots will be delivered within one week. My final visit after two weeks, I asked them either give me the boots immediately or give me the refund & compensation. They said they cannot process the refund in the cahs machine or have no money for the bank transfer. My boots will be ready at 3pm today. You can imagine the result. They have never admited that they lost the boots. Dishonest and disrespectful!

Very disappointed with this service. We dropped off a load of washing and paid £30 just for one load! Some items came back unwashed, stained, still smelling, discoloured and an item missing. I emailed them directly asking for a solution and they said they would get back to me. I followed up and never heard a response. I would not recommend.

We took two bridesmaids dresses for tailoring and they did an amazing job. The dresses were perfectly fitting the bridesmaids without any sign of alterations. Highly recommend!
