Chelsea Green Valet

I’ve been using Chelsea Green Valet for a while now and I honestly couldn’t be happier with their service. A very special mention has to go to Tommy, who handles the pick-ups and deliveries. He is consistently fast, reliable, and extremely efficient. Items are collected and returned promptly, always in a perfect condition, and with a great attitude and professionalism. From the office side, Demi, Akvile, and Ennis are simply fantastic. They handle my bookings smoothly every time, very responsive and very polite, and clearly take pride in making sure everything runs perfectly. Their communication is always clear and professional. What really sets Chelsea Green Valet apart is the convenience as they pick up and deliver from home without any extra charges, and they are happy to do so at any time during working hours once informed. The quality of the service is excellent, turnaround times are quick, the price is fair and reasonable, and the whole experience is completely stress-free. I’m a very, very happy customer and would highly recommend Chelsea Green Valet to anyone in the Chelsea area and even beyond, who is looking for reliable, high-quality and fairly-priced service.

The Best Team! We use this brilliant team for business laundry (very busy surgical clinic!) and I can honestly say it’s a pleasure to work with them. Tommy and Ennis are always smiling, extra helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Would recommend them in a heartbeat!

My family has worked with Tommy at Chelsea Green Valet for a few years now, and we have not had better service. Not only is he timely, organized and communicative, but his open and warm disposition makes working with him such a pleasure. Any clients of Tommy’s are lucky to be sure!

We've been using Chelsea Green Valet for more than a year now, and its definitely the best company out of all around. Its always excellent service, the quality of dry cleaning, communication, and and a very quick drop off and pick up from Tommy. Thank you to all team

Chelsea Green Valet are an incredibly professional establishment. Aura and the team did the most amazing job at restoring my granny's 65 year old lace wedding dress so I was able to wear it on my wedding day. They treated the garment with such care and turned it from simply unwearable to the perfect dress for the day. I can't thank them enough and highly recommend to everyone!
