Chalfont

Very good service, they have been here for 35 years and a staple of the community. Always come here to do my laundry, it is the best in the area by far. The lady that works here is very friendly and helpful and we cant reccomend her and this shop enough!

Worst experience ever. Never do the mistake of giving your clothes for dry cleaning here. On the set day as suggested by the owner, I went to collect my winter coat. Only to receive a reply back that its not ready and to come next day as her machine is broken. I told her physically its not possible for me to come everytime to check on the coat if ready. Also it amazes me the coat that I gave her 6 days back, within one night how can it get ready especially when machineis broken down and engineer would not come till next day. Today when I went to get my coat back after 2 weeks of being with them for dry cleaning. I found it in the same state with same smell, all stains at the same place and pockets had same dirt that was falling off on opening the pockets while checking. To which her reply was, she can dry clean it another time but it will be in the same state. Never use this service. Save your pounds before going here. I wasted my £33.50 for the service that was not done . I would not mind paying if it was good service. I should have considered other reviews before visiting this place. Never will I use this service again.
