Brince Cleaning Services Ltd

Brince Cleaning have been looking after our serviced apartments for over 4 months, and they’ve been outstanding. Always on time, excellent communication and spotless results every single clean. Reliable, professional, and a pleasure to work with — they’ve truly set the standard. Highly recommended. Thank you to the whole team for your amazing work!

Just issues throughout. Several times the cleaner didn’t turn up, each time I had to wait at home. Not once did I get an apology, I was made to feel like I was the issue. They agreed to a service but then later said they could no longer do that. That would have been totally fine, however, 30mins before the cleaner was supposed to arrive (this was after 2 weeks of no show) they said they weren’t coming. The 2 stars are literally because when we did finally have someone come they did a good job and were friendly. My issue is with the terrible communicate of the company and the lack of care.

We hired this cleaning company for our Airbnb property in Woodford Green and couldn’t be happier with their service. The team was extremely professional, thorough, and reliable. They also went the extra mile to help us resolve a key issue we had as hosts — which we truly appreciated. The cleaning was spotless, and the place looked fantastic for our next guests. Great cleaning team, highly recommended!

We’ve recently started working with Bridgett and couldn’t be more impressed. Her attention to detail is outstanding – nothing goes unnoticed, and every space is left looking immaculate. What really sets her apart is her clear and consistent feedback system, which keeps communication smooth and ensures high standards are always maintained. A real asset to our team – highly recommended! With ❤️ from Meado
