Belgrave Premium Dry Cleaning

Had a load of mixed clothes washed, dried, and folded here. Dropped off on a Tuesday, was ready on Thursday, neatly folded and packaged. Staff was friendly and helpful, price was reasonable. Many of the local laundromats only take coins, so it's nice that this one takes cards/contactless payments.

Quick, cheap & genuine service I needed to reduce the waist on elastic waist trousers (which is not a simple thing to do) - didn’t work out the first time but came again and they got them right and didn’t charge me extra, were very apologetic and genuinely wanted to help me out so really appreciate it. Wait both times wasn’t that long either so no complaints

I was not satisfied with the survive provided. My jacket has been pressed pretty hard so that there are ring stains at the front along inner pockets. Even if I were to do it myself at home I would iron more carefully. 34 pounds for an F clean. Took it to the dry cleaners up the road who sounded much more professional while talking to them to fix the damage if possible.

Ruined 600 pound trousers that I saved for and loved to bits - went into a back and forth with them promising to hear back and kept having to chase. Trousers are ruined and didn’t hear back. Do not use them, they will ruin your clothes and not take accountability. Awful place. Use the place down the road.

I came here because my white shirts got mixed with the colour of jeans and I wanted to be whitened The staff were courteous and transparent about what they can and cannot do The notes are very specific and they removed all the dye and stains that I pointed out The result was excellent, I recommend this shop
