Book a EOT cleaning services. Deya was very professional and helpful for the booking. Very accommodating with time scheduling and payments options. The two ladies who came to clean were extremely accurate and quick. The house was shining and I had my deposit back. Highly recommend and I will definitely call them for my other flat. Never been happier with a cleaning service.

The booking process went smoothly, and I appreciated that the company accommodated my booking a week in advance, especially during a stressful last-minute move. However, there were several frustrating issues on the actual cleaning day. After making the payment, communication stopped -- no confirmation, no updates, nothing. So, when the cleaning team arrived 25 minutes late (still within their mentioned 30-minute delay window), I was left anxiously waiting without any notification. I admittedly made a mistake by not completely emptying the flat -- I had a few packed bags ready to take out, and some food items in the fridge, and a couple of dirty dishes in the sink leftover from breakfast. Initially, I was given a moment to quickly remove these items, but immediately afterward, the cleaners informed me that my cleaning guarantee had already been revoked as the flat wasn't empty. This meant my frantic effort was entirely unnecessary, adding extra stress on top of an already stressful situation. Parking was another frustrating issue that ensued. Although I had organized parking as instructed, I was informed by the cleaners upon arrival that I needed to pay £20 as they organized the parking themselves. I explained that I expected notification if there were issues, especially since their policy stated they could cancel and charge if parking wasn't arranged. Initially, I offered to split the parking cost due to the obvious miscommunication (I assumed they'd call before arriving, while they expected detailed instructions from me). Despite my suggestion, the disagreement escalated into an unnecessary 5-minute phone argument with their manager, after which they finally agreed to split the cost. The cleaning itself was decent, but the poor communication, added stress, unnecessary arguments, and overall unpleasant handling of the situation made the experience negative enough that I won't be using their services again.
