AEG cleaning Services Ltd

AEG Cleaning has impressed me so much. I live abroad and needed an agency that I could trust for the apartment I rent out in London. George and his team have been so easy to work with, they are reliable, responsive and very professional. What impressed me most however is the dedication they show to their work. The inventory is so detailed, the checks and inspections are incredibly thorough. When it comes to the cleaning of the apartment and its outdoor spaces, they are so knowledgable and their attention to detail is incredible. In this last month they made my 12 year old apartment look completely brand new. Fully recommend their work, and they are super nice guys to deal with also.

AEG Cleaning has been an absolute lifesaver for my Airbnb business. They are not just a cleaning company but provide real operational support that keeps my business running all year round. From emergency call outs to working on days like Christmas and New Year’s Eve, they are always available, quick to respond, and incredibly reliable. Whether it’s urgent cleans, extra linen, plumbing jobs, and stepping in to keep guests happy, they always find a solution. Great service, fair pricing, super fast response times, and a team I fully trust. Having AEG means my business can operate 24/7 without stress. I genuinely don’t know what I’d do without them.

Brilliant service from George and the team. Did an end of tenancy clean with AEG. Communicated well leading up to the day of cleaning. Was on time for the day and swiftly collected the keys. Following day handed over the keys again on time. Place was absolutely spotless. Couldn’t fault it and neither could the estate agent as we got our deposit back in full and even thanked us for how clean it was left in. Price is competitive against the market rate for the area too. Wouldn’t hesitate to use AEG again in the future.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Do not book with this company. Customer service is absolutely ridiculous. Upon booking you are put through to a very confused older gentleman with shocking customer service skills. I even had to chase them to send me an invoice and confirm booking. When I booked, I was told 3.5 hours was the duration of a standard clean. Upon the cleaners extremly late arrival I was told it would only be 2 hours instead of 3.5. After having paid £54. This company are charging £27 ph for a standard domestic clean of a 1 bedroom! And are misleading about it. When I called to confirm the old gentleman I booked in with told me that I must have heard wrong and he absolutely did not say 3.5 hours. He was very rude and dismissive. I thoroughly regret booking with this company. Poor service and will never book again

George and his team did a fantastic job. They were extremely thorough and very knowledgeable about how to deal with a post-building works clean. Our flat looked so amazing afterwards.
