I recently hired 3 S Cleaning Services and am happy to give them a 5-star rating. Their punctuality was impressive; they arrived exactly on time and ready to work. The cleaners’ behavior was very polite, professional, and respectful throughout the day. I was most impressed by their way of working—they follow a very systematic and organized process, ensuring no corner is missed. Their work is truly top-quality, leaving my space looking brand new. Above all, I appreciated their honesty and positive mood; they worked with a smile and I felt completely safe having them in my home. Extremely Unprofessional – Avoid at All Costs!! I am extremely unhappy with the service provided by this cleaning company. They completely wasted my time and made promises they could not deliver. Before booking, I sent detailed pictures of the room and clearly explained everything that needed to be done. This included decluttering, putting clothes away, steam cleaning, dusting, and a full general bedroom clean. I specifically asked if they were able to complete all of this, and I was reassured that they could. I was also told, in his own words, “You are not paying us hourly, you are paying for a service.” He guaranteed everything would be completed properly and not rushed. On the day of the booking, he sent two very inexperienced young workers who clearly did not know what they were doing. Midway through the job, he then called to say the “professionals” were asking for double the agreed price because it would take longer. This completely contradicted everything he had previously promised. I made it very clear beforehand what the job involved. I am already short on time and had rushed to find a cleaner — now I have to start the process all over again. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company.

Phoned 3S home cleaning services to inquire about an oven clean on New years eve and they booked the job in for New year's day at 8.30am! They arrived promptly, were very polite and considerate (took shoes off at door) and got to work straight away. Considering the oven had not been cleaned for years by the previous tenants and was in a disgusting state, the two guys did a fantastic job and I couldn't be happier. Absolutely spotless oven and hob...thoroughly recommend their services.
