1 Stop Wash Laundry & Dry Cleaners

Gave my bag to clean they didn’t clean it see pics for proof never use there services they had my bag fir a week they try charge me £100 gave £20 they shouldn’t even get a penny for what did they do honestly nothing disgusting no passion on what they do for customers

Travelling in London with 5 people and needed two big bags washed. It was New Year’s Eve and they washed, dried and folded in about 2 hours for us. Clothes were clean and smelled great. Highly recommend!

I placed the order for the wash and delivery. And my duvet was not delivered on the day of the request, as the driver’s phone ran out of credit, so he couldn’t call? no apologies from the shop, no follow-up email. I called, asked for delivery on Friday instead. Waited for the whole evening. No sign of the delivery. This is very poor customer service, and I have no trust in this service and I’m deeply disappointed. I still have not received my duvet and the service I have paid for.

0 stars. First they told me a lower price, when i asked them to threat the jacket with upmost care since its 1000£ they increased the price. I was happy to pay that increase but expected a professional service and really treating the jacket with extra care. Instead they threw it on a pile with filthy laundry bags. I took it and walked out. Avoid
