West 4 Joinery LTD

I was very pleased with the work done by W4 windows and their joinery was excellent. The windows and frames are of excellent quality. Their team came and took out the old ones and fitted the news ones in a very quick and efficient manner. Their workforce were friendly and diligent. They took care to keep everything covered and cleaned up all the mess created by doing such a job as they went along. Highly recommend them.

We first worked with this company 7 years ago, when we replaced most of our windows. They still look great today and continue to work perfectly, so we decided to return to them this year for two new windows, a door and a French door with shutters. Once again, the products are excellent quality — solid wood frames, double glazing, and everything installed professionally. We are very happy with the final results overall. However, communication could be improved. We weren’t given clear updates on when the order would be ready, had to chase for information, and the answers varied depending on who we spoke to, which was stressful and not very professional. Additionally, a small but inconvenient issue: the handle on the French door is slightly too large, preventing one of the shutters from closing fully. It would have been helpful to be advised on handle options beforehand to avoid this problem. Despite these points, we remain pleased with the craftsmanship and durability of their products, and we would recommend them — with a note that communication could be better.

I am very pleased with the new double glazing fitted to my kitchen windows and back door by West4 Joinery. They worked efficiently, without too much noise, and finished in one day as they said they would. I felt I could trust them and leave them to continue as I went out shopping.

We are residents of Chiswick so were aware of but not familiar with W4 Joinery. We discussed replacing a front and rear gate. Both being reasonably complicated pieces of joinery. The response was prompt. The measuring and quotation process was smooth. Although far from inexpensive, the quote was clear and very comprehensive (including elements such as painting, fitting, door furniture etc). The only downside was that the time to complete was never clear and required a number of chases from us. The fitting process seemed well carried out and the finished products are of high quality. It is too early to know the quality of any after sales service. My sense is that it is likely to be professional. Despite the small issues noted, I would not hesitate to recommend these guys

West 4 joinery fitted 8 new windows to our Victorian property, perfectly matching the original sash windows including small coloured glass panes. We were delighted with the quality of the windows and the fitting team were outstanding - efficient, professional, friendly - and the quality of fitting and finishing was superb. Outstanding value for the quality of the products and the work.
