Martin did a great job transforming a room in into a library by building beautiful bookshelves. He designed and built bespoke bookshelves, exactly to our brief, which are in keeping with the Georgian features of our house, while feeling modern too. He spent time getting the design exactly right including discrete lights, shelf and cupboard dimensions to fit the right amount of books and our speakers plus a ladder. He also worked hard to ensure the colour perfectly matched our walls. We love our library, as does everyone who visits. I would not hesitate to recommend Martin who has extremely high standards and provides high quality workmanship.

Martin is simply the best - even our builder says so. We did our due diligence, interviewing and talking to over a dozen joiners and from the start, Martin was open, collaborative and a partner. He genuinely cares about what you as a client want, and applied his expertise to make it the best version of your vision. We had him design and build our living room and bedroom wardrobes. He is exacting in his precision, attention to detail and skill. Detail oriented feels like an understatement. The end results are incredible.

Martin did an incredible job making our dining room table out of reclaimed school benches. I fell in-love with a table in America built from old barn doors and he created a replica but better. He also threw in a bench to accompany it and managed to keep the price below the original. Amongst all of that he is a lovely block and a pleasure to work with, I couldn’t recommend him more highly!

I had a kitchen done by Martin and it was fantastic experience from start to finish. Firstly, his communication was excellent throughout. He was happy to talk through my options in detail and answer any questions I had while I was still thinking through what I wanted. I went with Martin because we were looking for a bespoke wood finish rather than settling for something off the shelf, and he clearly understood what we were going for. From the general idea we gave him, he absolutely nailed the look and feel of the wood we had in our heads with his first sample. It was quite miraculous really. It then didn't take him long to get the pieces done, and installation went smoothly. We're ecstatic with the result. The quality of craftstmanship and attention to detail is outstanding. All in all, a great guy, an excellent carpenter with a genuine talent for it, and we're very happy we chose him.

Martin did a fantastic job creating and installing a bespoke plywood wardrobe for us. He was really great to work with throughout the entire process, was very tidy and considerate, and the finished job looks fantastic. Highly recommended!
