Carpenters Practice - Stratford

Lynette was so lovely and professional. I normally suffer so much when I have to do blood tests because of my non existent veins but she got it the first time!! She put me at easy and ai managed to relax. Thebest experience I have had so far. Thank you so much.

I had booked an appointment for a blood test and an urgent kidney checkup. The call center was quite rude, it seemed like they wanted to hang up the phone as quickly as possible. I had to ask the operator if she'd give me a chance to explain my situation. At the end, After the "visit" i didn't the blood test. They left me a note telling me to go to the hospital... completely useless, I'll be changing GP as soon as possible.

I was attending an appointment on 16th of December, it was with Dr. Balogun. Though she booked me for 11:20 but we both agreed that I can come at 11:00 for the appointment . I was there 5 minutes early. However, I was sent downstairs to wait for a doctor to be called. I kept waiting and got to a point when it seemed very unusual, I went to reception to find out what is happening, and the lady at the reception said she will inform the doctor. By the time I was actually seen it was nearly 12. I had to drop my toddler off to nursery while his mom was sick. I had to hault that as I was not sure if I would be seen. So, eventually, when I entered the doctor's room it was around 11:55 and the doctor said she can't predict the time of how long a patient will take and didn't even apologise. The point is if she couldn't predict how long it would take then she should have been more realistic about the time frame, also It may be only an hour for her but that could be fatal for someone who needs to be seen urgently, I have an injury which occurred due to an accident, and it is on my leg, the more I sit the painful it becomes, by the time she saw me the injured area was swollen and it was too painful. I couldn't tell all this to her as she seemed to be dismissive about the fact, that she needs a training on time management. We are patient who need treatment and that is the reason we go to GP first. I think whoever is in charge of the practice should have a word with her to point this as an urgent issue to reflect on. Time is everything for a patient and it is precious. If the doctor herself did not have any clue how ro manage patient and time then I dought her professionalism as a doctor. I won't recommend my family or friends for the Carpenters practice at Stratford as I have had a terrible experience and it is not the first time unfortunately. Thanks Farhaz

I had a very good experience at this GP surgery. The doctor Deli was kind, attentive, and took the time to listen carefully to my concerns. I felt respected, well cared for, and confident in the advice and treatment I received. The service was professional and reassuring, and I’m very grateful for the excellent care.Also HCA Lynette and reception Sumya were friendly and professional .

Untrained, unprofessional workers. You can be new in your job, but you work a at NHS do your best show empathy and compassion, be kind when you talk on the phone not rude and argue with customers. Listen and if anything you don’t know put on hold ask your colleagues and get back to the call. Absolutely outrageous behaviour careless and rude the young lady at the admin should’ve fiered immediately not the pregnant one the other with the hijab.
