Carpenters Practice - Church Road

I recommended everyone nurse Hena Ahmed . She is kind and gentle and very helpful person . I am happy to meet her. This experience was very important for me when I had difficulty time. We need more people like Mrs Hena. THANK YOU for your professional work Mrs Hena and big heart.

Very disappointing experience I visited Carpenters Practice on Church Road with my pregnant wife for a GP appointment, and we were treated very poorly by the receptionist. Her behaviour was extremely rude and disrespectful, and she seemed more interested in her phone than helping patients. It was really upsetting, especially considering the circumstances. Patients deserve kindness and professionalism, particularly in a healthcare setting. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the standard of patient care at the front desk.

Nurse Hena.Ahmed is kind and professional. She listens to our concerns without making us feel uncomfortable and approaches every situation with respect and compassion. She does her best to help in any way she can, and her advice is always thoughtful and reassuring. We’re deeply grateful for the care and support she provides

Mrs Hena Ahmed is a great and talented medical professional and very supportive. I really appreciate her service and always willing to assist in her own capacity. Thanks to her 👍

It has been an absolute pleasure to meet with and consult Dr. Mohamed Patel at Carpenters Practice. He is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and truly listens to patients concerns with compassion and understanding. The rest of the team at the practice is as wonderful, and together they create a great experience for every person walking through their doors. Thank you to all of you for your hard work and heart that you put into every day.
