Great service, easy to book, arrived on time, super friendly and explained my boiler service results really well. I received my certificate and pictures the next day. Payment options really easy. Will definitely use again. I also felt they were very genuine from the gentleman that booked me in to the engineer. Happy customer.

We had West London gas into service a faulty boiler. After inspection they suggested the service would not solve any problems and the work required would be inefficient in comparison to a new boiler. We booked them in for a new boiler and they came and fitted that and a number of thermostatic valves quickly, cleanly and for a competitive price. They also advised that a a bleed type valve was to be installed instead of replacing a radiator which saved a significant amount of money and hassle. Both the Engineers (Leon and Jonathan) we had were prompt, polite and honest guys. Communication from the back of house was really good too.

Yesterday Leon and Andrew from West London Gas sorted repair of my Baxi Ideal gas boiler with a new expansion tank, excellent service well done! Andrew in office offered great advice and ordering of parts, Leon fitted it, all worked well ... very highly recommended!

This company has carried out our annual gas safety check for several years and have delivered a high level of service. Good communication, notifications and knowledge. The engineers are well presented, courteous and are happy to answer my questions and offer advise if asked. Brilliant company. They have installed a new boiler for us and carried out boiler services. Curious and knowledgable staff, efficient and a delight to deal with. They are also very reasonably priced and will never take advantage of your situation when your boiler is broken in the middle of a could day. We called another company who attended, charged us £140 to say we need to change our boiler. The pride they quoted was astronomical, clearly they were taking advantage of the situation. We asked around and realised the price they have given us is nearly double of what is should be. We asked our school parents and a few recommended West LondonGas and we are very pleased them. I have no hesitation to recommend them and will continue using their services.
