WaterGuys

Having become disillusioned with finding a plumber who could sort my shower panel (wrong advice, very late or not even turning up and giving a sky-high quote on the second stage of the job), I came across WaterGuys and now all faith renewed! The job was done quickly and efficiently with courtesy and respect, and I really appreciated that they let me know they were running 15 minutes late. A rare find and totally recommend!

Professional, courteous, responsive and fairly priced. Waterguys is the company that you wish they all were like. They installed our new boiler and have been servicing it for a couple of years now; all along, our interactions have been faultless. I recommend them without hesitation.

I had multiple touch points with Scott for boiler service and heater repairs. He was always very professional, approachable when I had questions and the work was done to very high standards for a fair price. I would 100% recommend !

Great service from start to finish for installing a new unvented hot water cylinder in our flat. Scott was knowledgeable and responsive on phone, email and in person to assess the work. No upselling, I felt he was very fair and honest in providing his assessment of the options and in providing costing estimates. On the installation day, Michael and George were excellent - professional, tidy, good-natured and very willing to explain what they were doing and answer all of my many ignorant questions. Once the install was done they stayed on to commission the tank and only left late in the afternoon when Michael was confident the install was successful. They left the work area spotless. Three weeks later and everything is running smoothly. These are the good guys; many thanks from a happy customer.

Fantastic service from Michael and his son. Promptly identified my boiler issue and fixed it within 30 mins. Great value for money, and all round lovely to deal with. I’ll be using them again for sure.
