Touch Of Heat

I needed to replace my boiler. Muhammed from touch of heat came for consultation and explained my options. He did a thorough assessment and recommendations n left me details to chew over. He wasn't pushy or anything. Simply professional. On the day of installation, Abdullah and Gazi arrived on time n worked quickly and professionally to high standards. They were very clean and tidy and left my kitchen in an immaculate condition. The following day Muhammed dropped by to make sure everything was satisfactory. I had difficulty working the thermostat and he showed me how to operate it. I really made a wise decision in appointing touch of heat. I can highly recommend them and these 3 in particular, Muhammed, Abdullah and Gazi are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

Really happy with the new Vaillant boiler Touch of Heat installed for us. From start to finish, everything was smooth and stress free. Definitely recommend them if you want reliable service with no hassle!

Touch of Heat offer an excellent, well priced, prompt, professional, friendly, and highly responsive service. Mohamad and his team are extremely knowledgable and know their trade very well. As is often the case with new installations complications arose, but all were dealt with immediately and the overall experience was fantastic. Excellent value, good service, highly recommend. Touch of Heat is a fantastic name as well.

The work the Touch of Heat team did on our new boilers was fantastic. Very professional from start to finish. Very honest and transparent with what we needed. They could have charged more but were very reasonable compared to other companies.

We first came across Touch of Heat last year via Vaillant recommended engineers links when a boiler gave up on us on a frosty Friday night. Muhammed was quick to return the call and attend on Saturday for a check-up and fix. It was also useful to get a second opinion as our previous boiler servicer found a leak. This year we reached out to Muhammed again for the annual boiler service and gas certificate - they offered a competitive price - happy with the service even though it did take a few reschedulings. Really hope we found a decent company to work with for year!
