Top Grade Build LTD

I used Top Grade Build after seeing the outstanding work they did on my daughter's house. Still, this was a complete leap of faith for me as I'd never had any major work done on the house, despite being here for many years. It was a strip back to the brick complete refurbishment to turn an old, cold and rather tired looking house into something warm, modern and comfortable. And I couldn't be happier with the result. But wasn't just the quality of the work by Kamil, Chris and the team that stands out - I was kept informed of every tiny change/adjustment in spending as we went through the project with regularly updated spreadsheets so I knew at all times where I stood budget-wise. There were no hidden charges or vague demands for more money. That's worth a great deal in my book. On top of that, just a thoroughly decent bunch of lads for whom no problem was too big to find a solution. Definitely recommend them to anyone.

Top Grade Build were appointed to do a complete start to finish single storey extension in 2 phases due to me changing my mind so we had to get planning permission for the second phase. They build an office/second reception room, ensuite and a drive. Amazing work, super friendly and extremely professional through out. Kamil, Chris and the rest of the team were instrumental with care and attention to details which is rare, great with coming up with ingenious ideas to fulfil our need. I would strongly recommend them. Thanks again for your hard work and for being honest about everything we are very happy with the finish work, and the ability to communicate with building control.

They meticulously planned and executed each stage, ensuring that every detail was attended to with precision. The construction team exhibited a remarkable level of skill and expertise, transforming my garage into a beautiful, functional living area that exceeded my expectations. What impressed me the most was Kamil’s commitment to timeliness. He provided a realistic timeline for the project and adhered to it meticulously. Despite unforeseen challenges along the way, Kamil handled them efficiently without compromising the quality or delaying the completion date. His ability to stay on schedule was a testament to their professionalism and project management skills. Furthermore, Kamil and his team’s attention to cleanliness and tidiness throughout the construction process was remarkable. They took great care to minimize disruptions to my daily routine and ensure that the work area was kept organized and clean. This attention to detail demonstrated a level of respect for both my home and my personal space, which was greatly appreciated. In conclusion, my experience with Top Grade Build for my garage conversion was nothing short of exceptional.
