THORNHILL SHANN CONSTRUCTION LIMITED

We got several quotes for a full renovation and side extension but after seeing the quality of Thornhill Shann's previous project there was no question they would be chosen for our project. Despite covid and supply chain issues they delivered on time for Christmas with a quality of finish that has ultimately made our house feel like a home. The owners were hands-on and in constant communication through-out which helped ensure everyone was always on the same page and any minor changes were quickly rectified - these are great qualities compared to other builders we have worked with before. Happy to share photos of our home if you are interested in working with Thornhill Shann and want to see more evidence of their work

I can't possibly thank Tom and the team at Thornhill Shann enough for the absolutely incredible work they did on a complete renovation of my home. Their brief was significant: completely new bathrooms, new kitchen, new floors, new plastering, several replacement windows, moving some walls, running air con, adding a gas stove, adding joinery... the list goes on. All of their work, from the first day of the project to the last, was done beautifully, thoughtfully, with professional finishes that had me referring to the team as artists. I was expecting a fraught and stressful experience, as many renovation projects can be, and could not have been more delighted to have had it be a joyful, collaborative, genuinely fun time. I recommend Thornhill Shann without reservation, and am grateful beyond measure for the house I now live in thanks to their top tier work.

Tom Shann personally handled the project management of a major renovation of our flat in Belgravia. The quality and speed with which his team upgraded all three bedrooms and ensuites, then installed a new kitchen was exemplary. As a result we recommended his company to renovate the communal areas in our building which they have also now finished to the same high standard.

Can't speak highly enough of Thornhill Shann, all their team from the owners to the fitters have extensive knowledge and ability in what they do which gives you a lot of confidence. They understood completely the vision that we were trying to achieve with our build and delivered something which is truly outstanding.

The guys at Thornhill Shann were extremely professional, easy to deal with, and with a high attention to detail. A 7 month project was completed on time and within the initial budget. We are delighted with our new home!
