I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience with The DC Group after they fixed my boiler today. With so many rogue boiler repair companies out there, The DC Group truly stands out as a rare diamond in the industry. From the moment I called, their professionalism was clear. The engineer arrived on time, was polite, and took the time to thoroughly investigate the issue with my boiler. What really impressed me was how patiently he explained what was actually wrong, showing me the parts and laying out the situation in terms I could understand—no confusing jargon or pressure to pay for unnecessary repairs. He also discussed different cost-effective solutions with me, making sure I knew my options and what would work best for my budget. I never felt rushed or like I was being upsold and after about 15 minutes my boiler was up and running. It’s such a relief to find a company that cares about doing things right and genuinely wants to help their customers. I am so grateful for their honesty, expertise, and care. Highly recommend the DC Group. They have been extremely helpful with all the problems we were left with after our builders employed a friend to carry out the plumbing. Four years on we still call on them for anything plumbing. Honest, excellent, competent and approachable

He didn’t just treat me like another job; he took his time to actually solve the problem and offered extra support and advice that I wouldn't have found elsewhere. What stood out most was his willingness to help with a temporary fix to keep things running while we navigated the insurance side of things. I cannot speak highly enough about this company My boiler wasn’t working thus had no heating or hot water for 2 days I initially contacted British Gas who came & told me I need a new boiler I then contacted The DC group who came today who not only fixed the problem they went above & beyond to do so . Their initial visit was 2pm they left saying they would attempt to acquire the part needed that afternoon if possible return the same day as I said I was working the following day & they did indeed returning after the normal working day at 18.30 & fixed my boiler. They are professional friendly & would most definitely recommend anyone reading this to use this company I just wish I had found them years ago
