Sutton Builders

Viktor and his team built a back extension to our house and fitted a new kitchen as well as making numerous other improvements. I am absolutely delighted with the quality of their work. I found them to be a highly professional, friendly and dependable team. I can't recommend them enough.

We are delighted with the job that Viktor and the team at Sutton builders did - they completely transformed our kitchen and dining room, removing a wall to create a bright open place space that we now love to use. Additionally they re-plastered and decorated through our hall, landing and in to a small bedroom, all completed to a really high standard. Viktor was extremely helpful throughout, when we first met he took the time to understand our ideas and provided suggestions on how to get the best of the space and our budget. We did have some unplanned hiccups with damp timber joists but Viktor provided a couple of options to rectify and was very mindful of our budget. Overall we had a very positive experience with Sutton builders and would highly recommend.

Viktor and his team renovated our whole house and we were very pleased with his work. He was good with communication and reliable and we felt we were in good hands. Whenever a problem came up, he offered solutions in a calm way and explained what could be done without doing the hard sell. We have since gone back to him for small jobs like fencing and paving our front garden. I have recommended him to my friends as we had such a good experience.

I've worked with Viktor and his team on several projects, and I couldn't be more impressed. They are consistently professional, polite, and incredibly hard-working. The quality of their craftsmanship is outstanding, and it's clear they take great pride in their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and skilled builders!

Viktor and his team have carried out several projects at our house - from guttering and external insulation to demolishing and rebuilding a single storey extension. We have had a great experience with them - Viktor advises on any issues to help us make the best decision, and his team are reliable and complete the work to a very high standard. We would always go to Viktor if we wanted any work doing.
