I changed my old temperamental boiler to a Vaillant and is the best decision I’ve made for my home. From the beginning, Earl was super helpful and knowledgeable and helped me way up my options. I wanted the work done in short notice and he made that happen. Very happy with his service. I’ve now had my complimentary 1 year service on the boiler he installed and I am very happy. Would recommend.

Earl is lovely guy. He installed our boiler at a great rate and has given us some free servicing too. Never an issue he can't fix and he comes round at short notice. Highly recommended.

Earl was the perfect professional. HE Truly cares about customers and goes above what a normal service person does. Arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem thoroughly unlike the last engineer. Great knowledgeable and fast service from a craftsman. It’s Friday evening mid February and boiler fails - we’ve got a 7 week old baby and six year old in a cold flat in Croydon. No response from several so called ‘out of hours’ boiler services. Thankfully we found Earl at South City Heating. He was out within 30 minutes , diagnosed the fault , repaired it and gave great advice re our poor quality boiler.( which we knew) Considering the time of call out and he was with us for well over an hour the charge was VERY reasonable. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Earl and would definitely use him again . I’d be very confident using him for a new install . Highly recommended .
