Smith and Williams Construction

Working with Smith & Williams was fantastic. From the start they were honest and upfront and provided a realistic bid. Throughout the project they communicated very well and always showed up, with the project completing on schedule. Our build experience was fun instead of stressful and the quality of work was top notch. They pointed out problems and solutions before we had to identify them oursleves. I truly miss having them around.

Smith & Williams came recommended through a friend and did a complete refurb of our 3 bedroom flat in a purpose built block - 9 months after completion and us moving in with 2 young kids, I’m still impressed with the result. As they say in their brochure, they will not be the cheapest builder out there. However I found their reliability, the way they worked together with us, and the speed and quality of their work (including the contractors their brought in) to be totally worth it. And there were no surprise costs, no delays. What more could you ask for? If was ever lucky enough to do another project, I know who I’d call.

Smith + Williams put in a new bathroom and bedroom for us, as well as a lot of joinery and electrics through the house. There were a delight to deal with - pricing was very clear, the workmanship was excellent and they went above and beyond to finish the work before our baby was born. Would highly recommend.

Initial contact looked promising, which included a nice brochure outlining how they work, and their differentiator being “high premium service”. Sadly after an initial visit to our house, I didn’t hear back from them, in terms of getting a quote.

I got S&W in to fully refurb our bathroom, and they did an excellent job. They were extremely professional and very reasonably priced. They went above and beyond and even sorted a few other bits around the house which wasn't part of the job. I would happily recommend these guys to anyone.
