SM LONDON CONSTRUCTION LTD

I cannot recommend SM London Construction highly enough. They recently completed a full renovation on my property, and the entire experience exceeded every expectation I had. From start to finish, the professionalism, organisation, and attention to detail were absolutely outstanding. The quality of workmanship is exceptional — every aspect of the renovation was completed to the highest standard, with care and precision clearly visible in the finished result. The team were reliable, punctual, respectful of my home, and kept everything clean and well-managed throughout the project. A special mention must go to the company owner, Shaz. His professionalism is truly second to none. He was hands-on, responsive, transparent, and incredibly knowledgeable. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. His communication throughout was excellent — always clear, honest, and proactive — which made the entire process stress-free and smooth. Shaz clearly takes immense pride in his work and his company, and it shows in the results. It’s rare to find a construction company that combines such high standards of craftsmanship with genuine integrity and customer care. If you are considering any renovation or construction work, SM London Construction should be your first call. I would use them again without hesitation and confidently recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality work delivered with true professionalism.

We chose SM London Construction LTD to build our dream home and had a fantastic experience working with Shaz and his team. From start to finish, the team were professional, hardworking, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire project. Shaz leads a great team who clearly take pride in their work and made sure everything was completed to a very high standard. A special thank you to Aman, Raj, Billa, and Kalpesh, who all played a big part in making the project a success. Communication was excellent throughout the build and we always felt informed and involved. During the project we decided to add some additional scope ourselves, which increased the cost slightly, but there were absolutely no hidden costs from SM London Construction LTD, which we really appreciated. The team also delivered the project on the estimated completion date with no delays. Completing a construction project on time is rare, so this was a huge plus for us. We worked with the team for five months and by the end it genuinely felt like workingn with family. Thank you again to Shaz and the entire team for helping us build our dream home. If you're looking for reliable and professional builders, we would highly recommend SM London Construction LTD.

We recently had our kitchen done by SM London Construction and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Shaz came to our home to discuss what we wanted, went through design ideas with us and recommended several clever ways to make better use of the space. He was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. You can tell he genuinely cares about getting things right for his clients. Kalpesh got back to us within just two days with the designs and quotation. The price was very reasonable for the quality and scope of work, so we were more than happy to go ahead. The work was completed exactly according to plan and within the timeframe we were given. The builders were professional, tidy and respectful of our home. Shaz also regularly popped in to check on the progress and make sure everything was running smoothly, which gave us great peace of mind. Even when we decided to make a major last minute change, Shaz was more than happy to accommodate us and made it happen without any issues. These guys have done such a brilliant job and I would highly recommend SM London Construction to anyone considering renovations. We’re already planning a loft conversion and an extension in the future and we will definitely be using them again for the work.

Full house renovation - Double Side and rear extension - This was our first time undertaking such a large scale project and it was a little daunting. From the moment we met with Shaz we knew we had met the right person to take this rebuild on. He was knowledgeable, professional and his team (and those that work with him) were all excellent. There was good communication throughout and they worked diligently and respectfully. The work is to a very high-standard and we continue to receive compliments from those that pass by. Overall, we're really happy with our choice and would recommend to others thinking of taking on a large scale project like ours was.

We had a ground floor extension and a loft conversion carried out by SM Construction, and the whole process was genuinely seamless from start to finish. Shaz is incredibly dependable, professional, and easy to deal with — exactly what you want when taking on a major project like this. Communication was clear throughout, timelines were respected, and the quality of workmanship was excellent. The wider team were awesome too: polite, hardworking, and clearly took pride in what they were delivering. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend SM Construction to anyone looking for a reputable and reliable building company.
