I agreed the fee with the office. Accurate measurements. Some bloke ( listening to Russian or Ukrainian website) turned up and said that will be an extra £30 (size of room). I said measurements were based on reality, ie wall to wall sofa meant he was miles off. He didn’t give up. Then we had “ it will be,an extra £40 “ because of the stairs. All explained to the office in advance. Avoid. Avoid. Fortunately have a recording of this gentleman. And I told him. If that’s what you want that’s what you will get. Oh and and by the way the stain they were asked to remove remains. Recommended by Mr Carpet.

I was recommended ServiceMaster as a brand, by an invisible mender company who patched up my candlewax- and stain-ridden carpet, who said that he'd worked for SM a long time ago and how technicians receive thorough training in different types of carpet fibre, so they can recommend the best approach to your individual carpet. I had a great experience with ServiceMaster in Kingston, who both cleaned my slightly tricky carpet beautifully and also went out of their way to offer a fair, diligent, and excellent service. I highly recommend.

Delighted with the service provided by Christian. He kept us updated on timings and confirmed the price before he began, and was willing to try to put the water pipe through the bathroom window. Above all, he did an excellent job, managing to remove 4 years' worth of dirty feet, spilled drinks, pet hair, and getting right into all the corners. We have used Servicemaster for few years now as I manage a number of properties. The quality of their carpet cleaning is superb and they have successfully cleaned carpets that I thought were heading for the local tip. If you have carpets that you thought were uncleanable, give these guys a try and you may well be pleasantly surprised.

Very pleased with the service from ServiceMaster Clean. Very helpful call with Denise ahead of booking, to explain their process and costs, with subsequent home collection on Friday and returned the following Wednesday. Our sheepskin rug, which we've had for several years now, looks lovely again and feels very soft. Would recommend the service and likely to use again for residential cleaning.
