Screwfix Hounslow

I just want to say a huge thank you to Kulwinder and the rest of the team at Screwfix for their exceptional service. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. Nothing was too much trouble, they went out of their way to help me find exactly what I needed and made the whole experience quick and stress-free. It's rare to come across a team that combines efficiency with such a positive attitude. Outstanding customer service like this really makes a difference. Highly recommended!

I often visit the Hounslow branch and it’s always a great experience. The store is friendly and welcoming every time I walk in, and the staff consistently go above and beyond to help me find exactly what I’m looking for. Millie and Kulwinder especially are fantastic, always patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely happy to help. It makes a big difference and keeps me coming back.

I wanted to leave a huge thank you to the team at Screwfix for their amazing help today. The customer service was second to none—they were friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about getting me sorted.

Arrived before 9:00 AM for the scheduled opening. It’s February, so I kept my van running to stay warm while waiting. Instead of actually opening the doors on time, the employee stood scowling and spent their time writing a complaint about my van idling on my company’s website. Maybe if you opened your shop on time, I’d have a reason to turn the engine off. Unprofessional, petty, and clearly doesn't value customers' time

Staff are very friendly. The new refit is excellent. Always have items that I need in stock .
