Screwfix Camden

Really bad customer service. Went in this morning and I was told to wait a second which turned into few minutes and no acknowledgement then a nice young man came along and helped me and if he didn't then I would have left. The girl was extremely rude. Idk what she was doing that was far more important than helping a paying customer.

Olivia was very kind and patient sorting out an issue with an online order I had. Can't say I was too happy with Screwfix causing the issue in the first place, but that's not the branch's fault.

I had such great service at Camden. Thank you so much. Such a lovely pair of lads. Very polite and helpful. And faced the fan towards me during a very hot day !!! And management - Thank you for your recruitment and training process, it does pay off.

I only give 3 stars, because of the prices. Some of the Staff are really efficient, but obviously they will try to sell you the expensive and sell you as much as possible. There was one staff, whom said he was a Manager, he sounded a Londoner, obviously he had an Interest that I write Comedies, he started saying ghost Jokes, so I said “You are a Nutty”, is English Misinterpreting and Rebellion Genes surfaced “ You are the one to Talk!” He replied. He showed interest in publishing his jokes but his high Ego came first. Actually his jokes weren’t that good. 🤡

The staff member was really friendly and helpful, even though my order was really small. Had never been but will definitely pop back.
