RZ Building Services - Builders North London

Sam and his team did a great job on reconfiguring our downstairs kitchen and WC. Sam takes personal pride in ensuring a high standard of work, pays attention to detail and is solutions oriented. Have used RZ before and would most definitely use again. Trustworthy, quality focused and professional team - would recommend without hesitation.

Sam and team - Tony, Ladi, Luke, Mo, Mehdi, George - carried out renovation work to the ground floor of our house. Despite thinking I had a clear idea of requirements at the outset I needed changes during development, plus old houses have a habit of throwing new problems at you! I’m therefore grateful that I had a build partner that I could trust, quickly problem solve, communicate effectively and was a pleasure to work with (of course in addition to expert technical skills!). I felt Sam was invested in this project like it was his own house, agonising at times over decisions and striving to ensure works were carried out to the best quality. The entire process from start to finish has exceeded expectations. I highly recommend Sam and his team.

We have used Sam and his team three times for projects for our home, the latest being a side return extension and refurbishment of the ground floor. From our first interaction with Sam, we have been impressed with his professionalism and quality of his work. Sam always wants to do a very high quality job and is transparent about what needs to be done and the expected costs. When issues arise (as they always do), Sam has shown that he is a good problem solver and finds a way to keep the project moving. Finally, as we are a busy family with 2 small children, it has always been important to us that we feel comfortable with the building team that is coming in and out of our home. We always felt extremely comfortable with Sam and his team - they are clean, courteous and extremely trustworthy. Sam has gone above and beyond to deliver us a good result and I have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

I could not be more thankful for the amazing job that Sam and his team did with our first home. Sam undertook a significant refurbishment of our two bedroom flat and the loft, including plastering, fitting new doors, replacing the radiators, underfloor insulation, new flooring, fitting the kitchen, opening up an internal wall, painting, decorating and because of his professional ideas we were able to use the limited space in our bathroom. His work was completed to the highest quality while at the same time he managed to save us a lot of money. He is always very kind, friendly, happy to explain everything in details, reliable and a super perfectionist. I can't recommend Sam and his team highly enough. He is absolutely fantastic. Thanks so much for everything Sam and keep up with the hard work.

We are really happy with the work of Sam and his team and would definitely request their services again should we have another project going. Because of Sam’s insight and building know-how we were able to maximise the limited space in our loft. He is a perfectionist, expecting a lot from himself and his team. He would always promptly address any questions or concerns we had and provide insightful advice. The project was finished when scheduled, the builders worked hard without taking shortcuts. I wish we talked to Sam before we found our architect, I think we would be able to save money as Sam’s ideas were better than the architect’s!
